RIDERS

RIDERS is blood brothers Joshua and Spencer Brennt. Joshua’s pop songwriting sensibility and distinct vocals, in addition to the band’s mutual love for alternative, IDM, and new wave combines to create lyrically confrontative music hidden in the clothing of feel-good alt-pop. Their productions are the sum of Spencer’s musical performances blended with his unique approach to programming, leaning into characterful synthesizers and sampling with real-world rhythm sections to create a lived-in sonic identity. The band’s music strives to create a feeling of angst and euphoric elation, hoping to do justice to the feelings created in their spiritual experiences with Jesus. Riders creates their music from a deep-seated conviction that music’s given purpose is to reveal God to mankind.
