The New Citizen Kane is an independent artist building a multi-sensory pop universe where emotion, identity and instinct collide since 2014. Blending synth-pop, electronic textures and cinematic storytelling, his work explores the contradictions of being human — desire and restraint, chaos and control, connection and isolation. With a background in theatre and multidisciplinary art, Kane approaches music as world-building. Following his electric debut It's Not Science... It's A Feeling, the dreamlike, introspective world of The Tales of Morpheus and the kaleidoscopic awakening of Psychedelika Pt.1, Kane now enters a more confident phase with Psychedelika Pt.2. The project dives deeper into instinct, systems, intimacy and survival — expanding his evolving sonic identity further. Lead single “Metallic”, set for release July 2026, introduces this new era with a surge of nocturnal energy — a hypnotic, neon-lit anthem about surrendering to feeling and letting instinct take control. It sets the tone for a project that is bolder, sharper, and more unfiltered in its exploration of modern life. Operating fully independently, The New Citizen Kane exists outside traditional industry frameworks, building a direct relationship with his audience through visual albums, conceptual rollouts and a growing digital ecosystem.
