Biography & Metadata

Beeda Weeda, an East Oakland native, was discovered by Tajai of Souls of Mischief /Hieroglyphics and J. Moe, CEO of Pushing The Beat Productions. His breakout single, “Turfs Up,” received heavy radio rotation, with a cameo from Lil Jon in the official video. His role helping E-40 with the “Tell Me When To Go” video, and his debut album propelled him toward national exposure. Beeda released "Da Thizzness" on Mac Dre’s Thizz Entertainment, with the widely recognized single “You Don’t Hear My Tummy,” video directed by Grammy-nominated filmmaker Colin Tilley. Too $hort also featured Beeda on “Playa Fo Life,” . Beeda appeared on D-Lo’s hit “No Ho” with E-40 and late Bay Area icon The Jacka, and also contributed to the joint album by Too $hort and E-40. The following year, his album "Bass Rock Babies" showcased collaborations with artists like Jay Rock of TDE. His single “Revolution” secured regular rotation on BET, Revolt, and Music Choice. Beeda was also featured on Yella Beezy’s “Doin Me” remix. His more recent work has included the single “Heavy Weight” with Payroll Giovanni and Jay Worthy. Beeda has continued to thrive, performing at Rolling Loud Los Angeles in 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as Rolling Loud Miami in 2024. In 2025, he launched a new company, "Deep Entertainment". Inspired by Tupac, shaped by the streets of East Oakland, and driven by passions for hip-hop and beyond, Beeda Weeda continues to serve as an influential force in West Coast culture.
