DJ Johnny SA

Born in Pretoria in 1986, Johnny Reginald Fitzsimons, professionally known as DJ Johnny SA, is a South African electronic music producer and DJ dedicated to craft, rhythm, and connection. Heavily inspired by early memories of watching his parents dance and recording late-night radio tracks onto cassette tapes, his lifelong passion for music eventually fused with the explosive electronic world of artists like Avicii, shaping his signature sound into a powerhouse of electronic dance music. From emotional anthems that pull at the heartstrings to relentless basslines designed to move massive crowds, his work is all about elevating the listener's mood and keeping the vibe alive. The project has found widespread resonance with global electronic fans, anchored by breakout anthems and successful collaborations. Frequent partnerships with BieBieQ Lekker Beats have yielded fan-favourite tracks like Reality, One Beat, One Heart, and the high-octane EP Little Wild Bangers. Alongside standalone studio projects such as Dreamland, Right Side of my Brain, and his reflective full-length album I'm Still Here, DJ Johnny SA continues to push boundaries through a meticulous approach to mixing, remixing, and production perfection. Whether delivering an mainstage club remix or an original emotional floor-filler, his mission remains simple: keep the music loud, the bass heavy, and the energy unforgettable.
