Nate James is an acclaimed English singer-songwriter and one of the world’s most successful independent soul artists, with over 1 million albums sold internationally. His debut album, @Set the Tone, blended funk and classic soul influences, earning three MOBO nominations and the Urban Music Award for Best Soul Artist. In 2025, Nate will celebrate the album’s 20th anniversary with a deluxe edition featuring b-sides and unreleased tracks. His self-funded second album, Kingdom Falls (recut), showcased lush orchestration and deeper storytelling. Inspired by a charity mission to Rwanda, it won Urban Music Awards for Best Album and Best Neo-Soul Artist.
