MIK

MIK is a Berlin-based trio of Isaac, Dennis and Nelly, with roots spanning Ghana, Congo, Angola, Germany and the UK. Long before releasing their own music, the three built a community through dance, energy and positive vibes. Today, MIK have a following of over 34 million across social media, with audiences all across the globe. Their music brings those same worlds together. Rooted in Afrobeats and shaped by influences from across the African diaspora, MIK blend sounds, cultures and movement into a sound of their own. Their debut single “Loketo”, blending Lingala influences with elements of Ghanaian highlife, marks the beginning of their journey as independent artists. For MIK, the vision stays the same: bringing people together. This time through their own music.
