Koli Band

Koli Band is a music project blending Persian roots with flamenco, world music, and modern electronic elements, creating a unique and evolving sound. Founded and led by Behrouz Farmani, the project began with a strong flamenco influence and quickly gained recognition through over 100 live performances. Their debut album “Love and Liberté” reflected this early identity before the band gradually evolved towards a more electronic and organic direction. By merging traditional influences with contemporary electronic production, Koli Band developed a distinctive sonic identity. Notable releases from this phase include “Ay Amor”, “Hilat Raha Kon”, and an Afro House remix of “Ay Amor”. Today, the project continues to evolve, bridging cultural expression with modern electronic music. Koli Band’s work has been supported and connected with labels such as Cafe De Anatolia, Chakra Records, and SoukSounds, expanding its presence within the global music scene.
