Alex Goupil

Alex Goupil is a Canadian singer-songwriter based in Ottawa Canada whose alternative electronic indie pop displays a wide range of emotions and atmospheres from dark and brooding to soulful and inspirational. Growing up, Alex made music with his school mates in his parents’ garage, as per the original definition of GarageBand. Their early demos caught the attention of local music fans, but the rest of the band disintegrated as university beckoned. Alex, on the other hand, worked 60 hour weeks to save money to finance a move across the water to London, the destination of his musical dreams. He accomplished this dream in 2018 when he moved to London and released his first single as a singer-songwriter. Since then, Alex has released multiple singles and played many shows in the United-Kingdom. After a few years of living in London, Alex is now back in his home town in Canada with a bag full of experience, eager to conquer what comes next.
