Biography & Metadata
Rowan Atkins, better known as Rolexx Homi, is a recording artist from Toronto’s Alexandra Park neighborhood. Known for his raw lyrical talent and unfiltered storytelling, he first caught the city’s attention in 2006 with a freestyle appearance on Toronto’s iconic Rapsheet DVD. Since then, he has carved out a lane defined by authenticity, controversy, and an unwavering connection to the streets that raised him. After serving time following his incarceration in 2010, Rolexx re-emerged in 2017 with a renewed focus. He quickly became a prominent voice in the GTA’s underground rap scene, appearing on street anthems like Halal Meat and Still , collaborating alongside fellow Alexandra Park talents Vanauley Stacks and Mr. Comfortable. Though his career has often been interrupted by legal troubles, his presence and influence have remained undeniable. In 2020, Rolexx reignited the scene with the infamous Avengersk diss track—widely regarded as one of the most controversial records in Toronto rap history. Despite being on the run again shortly, he continued to make noise with releases like 30 Shots - Original Version & 2 ON 2 SPLASH BROS, solidifying his reputation as one of the most polarizing and fearless voices in the city. Blending classic hip-hop sensibilities with a raw, modern edge, Rolexx Homi’s music is unapologetically real—a reflection of the life he’s lived and the city he represents. Instagram: @rolexxhomi
