Cepasa

Born in Kyiv, CEPASA moves between concert halls and the dancefloor, blending cinematic electronic composition with live instrumentation, vocals, and elements of Ukrainian poetry. A live electronic artist, composer, and producer, Pavlo Lenchenko emerged from the pioneering deep house act Tomato Jaws before establishing CEPASA as a distinct voice within contemporary electronic music. Across seven studio albums, his work has explored the space between emotional storytelling and dance culture. His music has appeared on the official soundtrack for Forza Horizon 3 and has been featured by DJ Mag and Vogue. Productions by Pavlo Lenchenko attracted remixes from Rampa, Re.You, dOP, and Tigerskin. CEPASA has performed across Europe, sharing stages with artists including GusGus, DJ Koze, Hot Chip, Jan Blomqvist, and Darkside, and received the Ukrainian National Music Award — YUNA 2017. During the full-scale war in Ukraine, his track “Kyiv” (2022) became one of his most recognized releases, surpassing 5 million streams and resonating with listeners both in Ukraine and beyond. Recent projects, including the house album Серце, the soundtrack work Sand Castles, and the collaborative project Promin’26, continue to blur the line between cinematic composition, dance culture, and contemporary Ukrainian identity.
