Mathias has a great ability to move between genres and contexts and is also a renowned composer. He has made six albums in his own name so far – first a trioalbum, Young and Foolish, for the Japanese label Spice of life in 2006 and now latest Home at Work Again with his drum less quartet. Mathias also writes music for choir, published by Gehrmans Musikförlag and music for solo piano.
