Langstrakt

Langstrakt is the musician, composer and producer Claus Norreen. He is best known from the pop sensation Aqua, until he left the band in 2016. Since then Claus has delved back into the realms of ambient and electronic music, creating sonic landscapes under various guises. Besides his personal ambient endeavor Langstrakt (Sensitive Records, Frankly My Dear, One Happy Camper) other notable projects include Silent Riders (Music for Dreams), the new collaborative effort Niveau and as part of the neo-classical venture Kasper Bjørke Quartet, which boasts two acclaimed albums under the prestigious German label Kompakt Records. The quartets third album "Passages In Time" was released on the 8th of may 2026, and merges freeform jazz improvisations with analog cyclical synthesizer patterns.
