100 Miles

HEALING MOSHPIT MUSIC 100 Miles IG+ - @blkastra 100 Miles, now known as Black Astra, is an alt hip-hop artist from St. Louis, MO. Currently located in Los Angeles, California, they have a sound that has been constantly evolving and pushing the boundaries of various genres. 100 gives an energy in music and performance that expands the energy beyond the room. 100 Miles began music to inspire others to grow into the best parts of themselves and accept the spectrum of human nature with more authenticity. Pushing the movement of “Healing Mosh Pit Music,” 100 Miles has continued to fuse and defy the laws of what we are meant to create based on labels of genre and style. Utilizing elements of hip-hop, punk, electronic and house in an intentional and stylized manner. As they’ve continued to create and perform, they have built a community of people that support the notion of vulnerability in ways that free us from our barriers. Since starting, 100 Miles has become a House of Blues: Music Forward Alumni, which gave them the opportunity to perform at The Wiltern in 2018 and release their first album “White Space” in the first quarter of 2019, which is available on all platforms. They have been collaborating with new artists to put out music consistently since.
