Majesty Lyn

Born in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, Nigeria, Charleslyn Rosebeth Charles, professionally known as Majesty Lyn, is the exact embodiment of an artist pushing all boundaries. 
 Born on October 26th, Majesty Lyn started pursing her music career in 2018 when she moved to Lagos after graduating with a degree in Communications from Rivers State University a year before. She spent her initial year recording and developing her sound with the likes of CKay, Blaqbonez, Fireboy DML, Cheque (formally known as Superboy Cheque), and P.Prime. She rose to social media popularity by posting covers of popular Afrobeats songs, which garnered the attention of Don Jazzy, Adekunle Gold, Falz, and other Nigerian music industry heavy hitters. 
 With the hard bars of battle rap, the heart-felt lyrics of RnB, and the energetic playfulness of Afrobeats, Majesty Lyn has emerged as the artist to watch in the Nigerian soundscape. After three E.Ps, she is not stranger to the studio or the stage. Lyn, as she is fondly called, is creating a genre that defies the norms of typical Afro-sounds and can be enjoyed by music consumers from any background; an Afro-Progressive wave.
