Born in Belgrade and now based in San Francisco, Nem has been producing and performing music since 2007, steadily building a style rooted in groovy, punch-driven basslines and synth-heavy textures across Tech House, Bass House, and House. His releases have reached notable positions on Beatport, including the Doordasher EP (#1 Tech House, #1 Bass House, #10 Overall), "Watcha Want" #3 Bass House, #9 Tech House, Latin Swing (#15 Tech House), and Acid Moon EP (#14 Tech House), and can be found on respected labels such as Wh0 Works, House of Hustle, House Views, Mystery Freedom, and Soundproof Records. Nem has performed at festivals including Northern Nights, Fresh Start, Day To Night, and Serbia’s Top of the Hill, as well as a variety of club stages. Along the way, he has shared lineups with artists such as Walker & Royce, Gorgon City, John Summit, Chris Lorenzo, Green Velvet, Gordo, Riva Starr, SHOUSE, Galantis, Hugel, Lee Foss, Loco Dice, Pete Tong, Meduza, Claude VonStroke, Elderbrook, Joshwa, Cloonee, and many others. His productions have also earned the attention of established names in the scene. Idris Elba featured his music on BBC Radio, while industry figures including Bob Sinclar, Roger Sanchez, Bingo Players, Fedde Le Grand, Freejak, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, CID (Night Service Radio), R3Wire, and others have supported his work in their sets and broadcasts.
