Firungi

Firungi (meaning “foreigner” in Hindi) is a Brooklyn-based producer and DJ exploring modern identity through global rhythm. Rooted in percussion-driven club music, his work moves between house, global club, and rhythm-forward electronic spaces, treating the dancefloor less as a genre container and more as a shared physical language. Active in club culture since childhood and shaped by a family of DJs and musicians, Firungi developed a distinct sound early — one that now carries across clubs worldwide. Since relocating to New York in 2022, he has received support on his music from Keinemusik, Dennis Cruz, Jyoty, Bedouin, Damian Lazarus and countless others while performing alongside the likes of Chris Lake, Prospa, and Bontan. Everyone is foreign somewhere. Everyone is Firungi.
