Gabrielle Sofia

Gabrielle has had a deep connection with music from a very young age. She started piano lessons when she was 5 years old and has since learned how to play guitar, drums, bass, and many other instruments both through lessons and self teaching. While in high school, Gabrielle first started writing and recording music with her now long-time collaborator Arc_ive. They started releasing songs together on SoundCloud, however those have been removed and are now seen as stepping stones to the artists. After high school, Gabrielle went to college for music production & engineering where she learned how to produce and engineer music. Her first album “Lacewood” was submitted as her final project in school before graduating. Since “Lacewood” was released in 2021, the artist has put out many singles, a demo EP, and is currently rolling out her second album. Music has always been a "healing force" in Gabrielle’s life and because of that, she began releasing her own music in hopes of helping other people. She hopes that her songs resonate with listeners the way that her favourite songs have with her.
