Blake Whiteley

Hip-hop artist Blake Whiteley is holding his own troubled history and spinning it into lyrics that point toward experiencing the ultimate hope of a God who is redeeming it all. He’s been grinding on the independent artist path for eight years, a work ethic that paid off in 2017 when his album Break Thru broke into the iTunes chart at #4 in hip-hop and #63 overall. After he caught Nashville Label Group’s attention while opening for Britt Nicole and Sidewalk Prophets, Blake inked a deal with the imprint TrueBreed Records. If you’ve listened to Blake’s music, it’s not hard to hear why he’s on the rise: he’s creating songs that could be described as a blend of Drake, Post Malone and Juice WRLD, but with bars built around an intense focus on leading listeners to encounter the Gospel.
