Michael K

Michael K is a singer-songwriter and engineer born in Evanston, Illinois and raised in Salem, Wisconsin. His melody-driven sound moves between hip-hop, pop and R&B, pairing layered vocals with an instinct for melody and cadence. A summa cum laude graduate of The Los Angeles Film School, Michael’s catalog includes work with @Dro Kenji , @Tyla Yaweh , @24hrs and others. His 2026 debut EP ICON features @Fresco Trey on “No Way,” followed by Summer of 26 with @Paris Bryant on the assisted title track. Behind the music is a story shaped by addiction, car wrecks, legal battles and rebuilding experiences that continue to shape the records without defining where Michael K can take them next.
