Dorian Whisper, a songwriter from the Netherlands, primarily composes his songs on guitar, weaving lyrics that draw inspiration from cherished memories to striking political events. His pop and rock compositions seamlessly blend a variety of musical influences, such as Queen, Sting, Steely Dan, Joe Jackson, all of which can be heard on playlists like Rock Guitars and Groovy Organs and Piano and more - POP songs. Despite of decades of musical experience, Dorian Whisper released his debut EP As Long as You Want in March 2020. This EP was followed by several successful singles, including Brand New Day and Fate Cut Another Ribbon, the latter of which honors the late rock drummer Taylor Hawkins of the Foo Fighters. Dorian Whisper sings and plays guitar on all tracks, and since 2022, he has also performed keys, bass and drums on his own songs. For his earlier releases, the accompanying instruments were played by arranger and musician Richard Deligero from Davao City, PH. DW's latest release Everything We Need (Apr 2026) is a slow rock song with a catchy guitar riff which continues the story of the man who crossed the street whistling in Phil Collins Another Day in Paradise - Demo. Blue Skies (July 2025) is a slow groovy acoustic rock song referring to all positivity that we encounter when love takes over.
