Yatzel Elier Calderon Rivera (Born July 22, 2004), professionally Known As YECR is a Puerto Rican Rapper, Singer, And Producer. His family is originally from Puerto Rico. Music wasn’t YECR’s first passion; YouTube was. He first picked up his iPad at the age of 12. He made videos, went live, and even made videos of him playing games like Fortnite, Roblox, GTA, and Ice Station Z. In November of 2020, YECR found out that his passion for doing and making YouTube videos was gone, and he wanted to take a different path. He went through a list of new things he could do and saw his uncle make music. He wanted to create music. He met an artist named Yung Hush. They made over 2 to 3 songs together, but they both hope to keep making songs together in the future. YECR sings different kinds of genres, those include hip-hop/rap, reggaeton, and urban Latino. YECR’s social media has gained attention during the COVID-19 pandemic. He went viral multiple times on TikTok, Where Thats How He Has Grown So Much On Instagram and on his music. He plans to someday collaborate with Anuel AA , Pailita ,JHAYCO , SSGKobe , svrite , Yung Caza , and SoFaygo.
