David Emde

Singer, songwriter, vocal coach, producer, music school founder and event host: David Emde rarely gets bored. Driven by the urge to create, as well as mediocre ADHD, the 27-year-old jumps between genres, languages and creative roles. His music has already attracted significant attention, generating over 60 million streams, earning dozens of newspaper features and leading to performances such as opening for Vanessa Mai in his hometown of Alzey. David's debut album Smile (2019) explored Pop, Ballads, Rock and Rap. Shortly afterwards, a Dance Music collaboration with an established producer introduced his music to tens of thousands of listeners, overnight. More international collaborations followed, resulting in millions of streams across Commercial Dance, Deep House and Hardstyle. While his international audience kept growing, David remained undiscovered in Germany. After a break, he unexpectedly shifted his art to acoustic songs in his native language. A good decision: in 2023 he received the German Songwriting Award (EDM) for "Skyline". In 2025, David appeared on The Voice of Germany, convincing Rea Garvey and Nico Santos during the Blind Auditions. At the same time, his song "Hold On" was featured on Germany's Next Topmodel. In 2026, David plays his first tour with shows in Hannover, Haßloch and Olfen. He was recently voted bigFM Newcomer of the Month for his debut German acoustic Pop single "Kreise", which has already received repeated airplay on bigFM.
