Mlle Caro

For Caroline Laher, it all started when she was 20 years old, in Perpignan, where she opened a records store and began to fulfill her passion for music. Very quickly, she became interested in a new emerging trend that would change the whole society : electronic music. Mademoiselle Caro then decided to move to Paris to boost her career as an artist. In a few years, she became one of the main figures of the French electronic scene, and ended up, for more than eight years as a resident dj at Rex Club, Paris temple of electronic music. She was also one of the resident dj at the famous Pulp club in Paris. Throughout the years, she has been invited to perform all over the world (Milan, London, Berlin, Barcelona, Dakar, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Moscow ...) and produced the essential «Far Away» on the label «Crosstown Rebels» then, two albums «Pain Disappears» & «Left on Buzzin ‘Fly» (Ben Watt from Everything But the Girl record label), as well as numerous remixes and collaborations. Mademoiselle Caro has been in charge of programming Rosa Bonheur’s venue for several years, she also played frequently on the famous parisian venues. She’s now back in her hometown Perpignan.
