Asira SW

Asira SW is an Indonesian singer-songwriter who began writing music at the age of 11. Her debut song, By Yourself (2021), gained national attention after she was invited by Indonesia’s National Counter Terrorism Agency (BNPT RI) to perform at the International Day of Remembrance of and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism. The song later became an official music video released on BNPT TV, and she went on to perform it at the 20th Anniversary Commemoration of the Bali Bombings. Following these contributions, Asira was appointed an Honorary Ambassador of Peace in Jakarta. In 2023, she performed Broadway musical theatre at the New York Pops 40th Birthday Gala in New York City and released Disney Princess, a deeply personal song about growing up without a father. Throughout 2024–2025, Asira continued to explore emotional storytelling through releases such as oleander, Satu, Kembali (Kemanapun Pergi, Jumpa Kembali di Tempat Ini), White Gold Smile, smth in the way, and i'm ok?, establishing her voice as one rooted in honesty, vulnerability, and narrative-driven songwriting.
