JoulesDaKid

Kayode Joules Oguntayo, better known by his stage name JoulesDaKid, is a Nigerian hip hop recording artist and songwriter. Raised in Lagos,  Nigeria. He received major recognition from the mixtape “JoulesDaKid - LazyGNius" (2010) and the single, “Aunty Dupe” (2012). “Aunty Dupe" peaked at number 5 on the Soundcity Top 10 and gained major airplay across the country. JoulesDaKid then went on to be featured as the only guest artist on “Trash Can EP” an extended play by Nigerian rapper Ice Prince released by Chocolate City Music in 2015. He went on to release “Young Joulsey” and “Mo Bet” two singles off the 2016 EP “Home Coming”.  In 2017, he released RRS to chart success on the Nigerian billboard Top 100, making it one of the most played songs of its entry week. Following the success of RRS, in 2018 he featured as a guest artiste on M.I Abaga’s highly anticipated LP, “Rendezvous” and after which he released "Pressure" & "Balance", two singles off his 2019 project "JDK'19"
