Christopher Wilson has been known to wear many hats throughout his career from rapper to musician, studio engineer, and producer. Relocating to Los Angeles from his hometown of Houston, Texas, the multifaceted lyricist constantly pushes the envelope of what he wants his sound to evolve into. His masterful songwriting and clever word play is on full display throughout his dark yet energetic third independent studio album, entitled “Somewhere In The Middle of Nowhere”. The H-Town native takes you down a spiraling, self destructive path on his third rap-heavy LP. Channeling his inner turmoil into 10 tracks of self-reflective, yet self-aware story telling through anger, depression, substance abuse, and emotional trauma. Following the release of his third independent LP, the emcee released two singles taking you down different winding paths of his emotions. “Puzzle Piece” is a raw, emotional, and unfiltered ballad from a broken man’s perspective. All the while “Centerfolds” is taking you directly to the party with high energy, slick word play, and heavy handed production. Awaiting the release of his unannounced 2027 album, Wilson’s switching gears and driving you right through the sun-kissed LA streets with his perfectly delivered classic “food truck” then straight out to the beach with his newly released, wavy summer EP, “SUNSCREEN PACK”. Until the time is right, stream the latest single from his highly anticipated fourth studio LP entitled, “bird bath”. 🕊️🕊️🕊️
