Wojtek Sokół, better known by his stage name Sokół, is one the most prolific and consistently successful artists in Poland. Throughout his career spanning more than two decades, he released 13 groundbreaking albums and founded a record label and clothing company Prosto. Many of his albums established him as cutting edge artist, who is pushing his genre forward. His albums and singles achieved 37 platinum and 12 gold record awards. Under the moniker „Wal&Gura“ he runs a one-man studio engaged in graphic design, directing and editing videos. He gave voice to several cartoon characters, hosted radio and tv shows and launched various cultural and business initiatives in the Easter European region. Sokół was also ranked among top 50 of the most successful creative businessman of the year. In December 2025, he published his debut novel "Wesołych Świąt". Since his debut show, supporting the legendary Run–D.M.C. in 1997, and the first track on the DJ 600V album in 1998, Sokół has relased 14 studio albums with various music projects, such as ZIP Skład, WWO, Sokół i Marysia Starosta, Sokół feat. Pono, as well as countless guest appearances. In 2019, after 20 years on the stage, he released his first solo album Wojtek Sokół, hailed as the album of the year, which went quadruple platinum. The second solo album NIC, released at the end of 2021, went double triple instantly.
