Shervin Boloorian

Shervin Boloorian's music doesn't promise light without the dark- it's a personal account of choosing compassion over force. He's an ex-Washington leadership advisor turned spiritual music healing artist and singer-songwriter. Born in Iran and raised in the West as a refugee, he is now based in Bali and won 3x Global Peace Song Awards (2020), with 3x World Entertainment Award nominations in 2026. Before music, Boloorian worked in policy and peace-security, co-chairing and advising as part of US-Iran peace campaigns. He left DC to launch a new career in sound and music therapy, trained by a world renowned pioneer, Fabien Maman. He went through massive personal transformations after DC. In 2012 he launched Bali's first community of healing music artists. In 2017, he released 'One With the Beloved', a Sufi-inspired album endorsed by best-seller, Coleman Barks. Since 2024, he's released 6 singles from his album 'Unbroken', collaborating with Grammy and Emmy Award-winning producer Kipper Eldridge (Sting's 'Brand New Day'). His personal journey of healing and emotional growth while caught between cultures in constant conflict is this project's major theme. During the 2026 war, he released 'Pure Hearts', a deeply moving single exploring love, letting go, and compassion in times of personal tension and global conflict. Also a sound therapy trainer and author, Shervin created his own holistic therapy method. His silky, emotive voice brings comfort even through loss and pain.
