Petter Beyer

Petter Beyer is a musician, producer, and chef from Bergen with deep roots in the city’s underground culture. For years, he has moved seamlessly between creative expressions, with projects ranging from hard-hitting hip-hop to tender indie pop and experimental electronica. As a solo artist, he has released music under names such as Brain Emo and Minde 1996, an electronic project emphasizing heavy beats, deep bass, and analog warmth. Beyer has been part of the hip-hop collective NMG/G-Huset since its early days, contributing both as a producer and rapper. He can best be described as a behind-the-scenes creative with a heart for collective processes and uncompromising art
