Biography & Metadata

Royne Berget is a singer-songwriter from Moss, Norway. He has written songs for 30 years, and in 2024 he decided to "share his music to the world" on streaming platforms. Berget writes, sings, plays and records LoFi indie pop/rock at home on his Boss Digital recording studio that he bought in 2001. He uses his acoustic guitar or keyboard when he starts making a song. Sometimes he gets help from friends to play some guitarparts, bass or drums. No AI, no autotune. Berget takes pictures that he uses as covers to his songs and albums. He has released two albums and several singles so far. A new album will be out in october, and there's more to come. His songs have received several favorable reviews the last year. "All Tomorrow’s Parties by Royne Berget unfolds like a small time capsule wrapped in shimmering guitars and a light, almost domestic melancholy. Rooted in indie rock with touches of ’90s jangle pop, the song doesn’t aim to reinvent the genre, but rather to remind us why we once chose to stay there. It doesn’t try to be epic, but it lingers—like those songs you find yourself humming hours later without even noticing.» La Caverna, in Mexico Stay tuned and please follow him. Thank you!
