Fortune Olisaemeka Ohuizu, professionally known as Fxrtune and also by the alias Montana, is an Afro-fusion artist whose sound is deeply influenced by global icons such as Burna Boy, Post Malone, Bryson Tiller, Drake, and UK rapper Central Cee. Born in Imo State, Nigeria, and raised in Lagos, Fxrtune brings a rich cultural blend to his music that reflects both his Nigerian roots and contemporary global trends. His dedication to honing his craft led him to attend the prestigious Sarz Academy in 2022, after which he was featured on an album produced by the academy. Fxrtune has collaborated with prominent rap artists including Chyn, Abstrakt, Mojo Af, and the legendary Olamide Baddo, notably appearing on the intro track of Olamide’s self-titled album “Olamidé” Despite facing challenges as an independent artist, Fxrtune remains steadfast in his ambition to become one of Africa’s biggest musical exports and to perform on the world’s most prestigious stages. Known for his strategic releases and impactful music, he is committed to maintaining consistency and growing his fanbase in the coming years
