Ascendency

Heavy riffs, brutal breakdowns and catchy chorus melodies, that's what ASCENDENCY has always used as their guideline. Since the beginning of 2009 this German Post-Hardcore-Quintet creates emotional songs never taking the easy road. Their heart hitting sound is influenced by bands like Bring Me The Horizon, Architects, Eskimo Callboy or I Prevail. Ascendency is fronted by leadsinger Max, while his twin brother and bassist Ando, guitarists Markus and Sarina and drummer Lance build the musical backbone. After five powerful releases 2020 will add more fuel to the fire with the release of "Generations", a powerful song about hope and depression young people worldwide are struggling with.
