Victor Parris Mitchell aka Parris Mitchell and pka Victor Romeo produced, written, composed under various alias names which included Rhythm II Rhythm, Track Stars, Dance Kings on Dance Mania Records in Chicago Illinois, and 1/3 of the trio dance studio recording group Love Tribe. Love Tribe’s single “Stand Up” reached #1 on the Billboard dance charts in April 1997, winning the group an ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Award. Also known for 90’s and early 2000’s remix work .
