6RAJ infuses electronic music with storytelling rooted in his ancestral connections to South Asia, East Africa, and North America. His signature sound weaves together house and techno with transcultural traditions of rhythm, melody, and poetry. Shaped by residencies in Montréal, Cape Town, and Berlin, his dancefloor journeys are emotionally cathartic and spiritually charged. His collaborations with Hindi, English, Arabic, German, and French vocalists have landed on imprints including Steyoyoke and Iziki; his records have been supported by veteran selectors like Black Coffee, Richie Hawtin, &ME, and rising artists on Afterlife and Anjunadeep. In 2024, 6RAJ launched Interdependence, a global label, event series, and creative movement headquartered at Berlin’s iconic Riverside Studios. Through music releases, creative productions, and global gatherings, Interdependence builds spaces of connection where the dancefloor becomes a site of cultural encounter, aesthetic reflection, and collective transformation.
