Biography & Metadata

Jules Atlas has evolved from an acoustic singer-songwriter into an artist who increasingly showcases diverse musical facets through nuanced sound. While his debut album was dreamy and contemplative, his musical direction has shifted— moved on yet not away. His new sound opens up spaces that defy easy categorization. His music moves through diverse sonic landscapes, dares taking detours, and develops a unique drive. Experimental sound collages meet organic, familiar moments and melodies. Sometimes things simply dissolve and evaporate before getting transformed into something new - folky storytelling boldly searching for a new musical narrative. Jules finds new expression in his voice. Confidence and drive meet the familiar intimacy—humbly melancholic, yet now assertive and firmly grounded. With his new single “7 oaks,” released on October 23, 2026, Jules Atlas begins a new chapter. The familiar breathes new life, and the “boy with a guitar” takes on an electronic, experimental feel. He sings of the longing for closeness and security, constantly grappling with change and adaptation, and exposed to the irreversibility of things. “7 oaks” is about bidding farewell to loneliness and is an ode to the triumph of hope over fear.
