The Sonic Universe

The Sonic Universe is the Los Angeles-based pop/rock project of singer, songwriter, and creator Alex Arndt, blending anthemic rock, modern pop, electronic textures, and cinematic production with songs about freedom, human connection, love, and staying fully human in an increasingly digital world. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Arndt has performed across the U.S. and in more than a dozen countries, including Ireland, the Netherlands, Japan, Peru, and Australia. His performances include Ultra Music Festival, SXSW, Summerfest, the NAMM Show, and Grand Park Los Angeles, reaching audiences from intimate venues to crowds in the tens of thousands. Arndt has also earned recognition for original music composition in film, while The Sonic Universe continues to expand through streaming, social media, live performance, and cinematic visual storytelling. Recent releases including “Into the Light” mark a bold new chapter, pairing soaring melodies and atmospheric production with themes of individuality, consciousness, technology, and connection. With new music, visuals, performances, and collaborations underway, The Sonic Universe is building a world around sound, light, freedom, and human connection.
