Markus Artved

Markus Artved is a Copenhagen-based composer, musician, and producer whose work bridges indie/alternative pop, experimental, jazz, and ambient music, combining electronics with acoustic instruments. In November 2025 he released his full-length instrumental album Season 25 — a reflection on the passing of the seasons, both externally and internally, and the moods that follow. Mostly piano- and synthesizer-based, it features guest appearances by friends, family, and some of Copenhagen's finest musicians. In 2026, Markus begins a new chapter with his first full-length album of original songs, In My Own Time, which sits stylistically between indie pop and alternative country. Lonely is the fourth single from the album, out October 9th, 2026.
