Pragmatico is the dance/electro-pop project of Melbourne songwriter and producer Jacob Butler, known for his standout runs on Australian Idol and The X Factor. Launched quietly three years ago, the project has already hit the German Club Top 20, the ARIA Club Top 10 with Jared Marston & Dilby, and the UK Club Chart Top 10 with a 2025 rework of Sheryl Crow’s “All I Wanna Do.” Pragmatico has attracted remixers like Friendless, Rubber People and billion-stream hitmaker Ryan Riback, and now partners with London label Perfect Havoc — home of Joel Corry & MNEK’s global smash “Head & Heart.” Combining glossy synths, sharp satire and emotionally intelligent pop, Pragmatico marks Butler’s bold new artistic chapter.
