EJ Sarà writes soulful, powerful, sassy and cinematic music with one theme that continues to arise: EMPOWERMENT. She previously worked as a music therapist playing and singing jazz standards and creating original music for hospice patients, and currently teaches motivating group exercise classes that inspire her songwriting. Her songs have been featured with popular shows such as “High Potential”, “Love Is Blind”, “Found”, “Elsbeth”, “The Tony Awards”, “NCIS”, “The Ultimatum”, “Selling Sunset”, “Live with Kelly and Mark”, “The Cleaning Lady”, “The Equalizer”, and many more. As she motivates members of her group fitness classes, she creates empowering songs for sports broadcasting, that can be heard on March Madness, NFL Network, ESPN, CBS Sports, NBA Network, MLB network, WNBA, US Open, WWE, the Olympics in 2024, and a promo for the 2026 Olympics on NBC. Her songs have been featured on ads for Kohl's, Nissan, Volvo, Baskin Robbins, as well as video game promos such as PGA2K25, Valorant, and Delta Force. She has a passion for music and exercise, and is so grateful to be doing what she loves everyday.
