Biography & Metadata

HAYLA is one of electronic music's most recognisable voices a Liverpool-born singer-songwriter whose powerhouse vocals have graced some of the biggest stages and records in the genre. Her path led from teaching singing lessons in her hometown to headlining sold-out venues across North America and performing at Coachella, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Ushuaïa Ibiza. A GRAMMY-nominated, Gold-certified artist, she has scored Dance Radio #1s with John Summit ("Where You Are," "Shiver"), Kygo ("Without You"), MEDUZA ("Another World"), and ILLENIUM ("In My Arms"). Her debut album DUSK earned a Spotify Mint cover and BBC Radio 1 "Hottest Record," with "Visions Of You" reaching #2 on Mediabase and top 10 on Billboard Dance Airplay. Her collaboration with Nelly Furtado, "FADED," delivered a haunting cinematic dancefloor anthem via Casablanca Records. In 2026, she received nominations for an iHeartRadio Music Award, a Femmy Award for Best Vocalist, and four Electronic Dance Music Awards. On the 18th March, HAYLA took to the stage at St Pancras Church in London for an exclusive show performing entirely new music from her upcoming album a bold statement of intent and a clear signal of her musical evolution. Her sound she calls it "sad bitch music" emotionally heavy yet hopeful, melancholic but empowering. Themes of loss, love, grief, and resilience run throughout. New single "Heal" arrives in April.
