Biography & Metadata
MVM is the sisterhood of songstresses Mutsa Mupita and Ruvimbo Kuuzabuwe, both of Zimbabwean heritage. Based in London and Birmingham, they craft a layered, playful sound where every note is intentional. Earlier this year, they hosted the MVM & Friends writing camp at Tileyard Studios – the birthplace of their upcoming releases. Blending heritage with innovation, MVM are architects and disruptors, creating the industry they didn’t inherit, rooted in care, collaboration, and community.
