Doctor Flamingo

DOCTOR FLAMINGO is the artistic project of Catalan producer and songwriter Bru Marsé Ortigosa. Born in Barcelona into a family of musicians, He began working early in radio and music venues. Over the years, his career has evolved into producing music for fashion, cinema, advertising, brands and international collaborations. He is also the music curator for VUELING and LEVEL Airlines, and has created music for fashion shows and brands such as VICTORIA BECKAM, CUSTO BARCELONA , PRONOVIAS, PEDRO DEL HIERRO, WOMEN'S SECRET. Created in 2020, DOCTOR FLAMINGO has become a sonic universe where Bru blends original compositions with elegant reinterpretations of classics, fusing tradition and modernity with a style that is emotional, poetic, sometimes cheeky — but always chic. In 2025 he presents two projects entirely in Catalan: SESTA (Siesta Electrònica), one of the first electronic albums composed in Catalan, featuring 12 original tracks that blend trip hop, lounge, downtempo, chill and synth pop; and ELECTROCAT, a project that reimagines songs from Catalonia's collective musical memory through house, afro house and synth-pop. In 2026, DOCTOR FLAMINGO returns to the dancefloor with new tracks in final production, including CHA CHA CHA, QUANTO È BELLO IL DOCTOR, BARCELONA, CRISTINA A BARCELONA and LUCES FUNDIDAS, reaffirming his connection to dance music and his drive to keep exploring new sonic territories.
