C’Nyle “Tha Yung Old Man” is a West Coast Hip Hop artist, producer, engineer, filmmaker, and founder of TherezMore2C whose music blends street wisdom, spiritual resilience, and cinematic storytelling into what he calls Mental Music®. Born in Jonesboro, Louisiana and later raised in South Central Los Angeles, C’Nyle developed a voice shaped by struggle, survival, growth, and self-awareness. His sound delivers thought-provoking lyricism layered over gripping production that speaks to the soul, the mind, and real life. As a founding member of Tha Gataz, C’Nyle earned early recognition through appearances on Master P’s West Coast Bad Boyz Vol. 3: Poppin’ Collars and VH1’s Play’d: A Hip Hop Story. His mixtape Endangered Species featured respected names including Ice Cube, WC, and Knoc-Turn’al, while being hosted by DJ Jam. Beyond music, C’Nyle expanded into film, starring in the 2010 action film Heist while attending the Los Angeles Film School. His creative reach also extends into engineering, executive production, directing, and visual storytelling, including work connected to the late Lil Snupe.
