Joe Nilson

Joe Nilson is a Dominican singer-songwriter whose music blends the emotion of bachata, salsa and intimate acoustic sounds. After years focused primarily on songwriting, he stepped behind the microphone to give his own voice to the stories he writes. His songs explore love, heartbreak, longing and the difficult choices that come with relationships, always with an emphasis on honest, emotionally driven lyrics. As part of NL Latin Music, Joe Nilson begins this new chapter with “Cuando despiertes con él,” followed by a growing catalog that explores different sides of Latin music while keeping storytelling at its core.
