Álfar Quest

ALFAR QUEST is more than a Power Metal band—it's a fantasy universe where music, literature, and video games come together to tell one epic adventure. Every song is inspired by The Cave Beyond Time, a fantasy novel written by Kevin Brown, a member of the band and the Quest Writer behind the Alfar Quest universe. As the creator of the band's lore, Kevin crafted an epic story that serves as the foundation for the music, characters, locations, and adventures that define this world. This universe will also come to life in The Cave Beyond Time, an online single-player RPG inspired by classic adventure games. Based on the same album and novel, the game allows players to explore a vast fantasy world, control the heroes of the story, battle ancient creatures, uncover legendary artifacts, and experience the very adventure that inspired the music of Alfar Quest. Sonically, Alfar Quest channel the boulder-heft and folk-tinged bravado of Wind Rose, the high-fantasy cinema of Rhapsody, the glittering speed and whimsy of Twilight Force, the elegant virtuosity of Angra, the martial thunder of Sabaton, and the anthemic legacy of Helloween. Expect soaring leads, thunderous low end, and widescreen orchestration in lockstep with the tale.
