Morgan Gascoigne

Morgan Gascoigne is a fresh new artist from the South Coast of England. She grew up influenced by her parents who enjoy all kinds of music from Pearl Jam to Sade which in turn has influenced her musical style. Following years of performing and now studying music at college, Morgan has now teamed up with producer Nicholas Bowen. Together they have created her eclectic debut single ‘First Man’, incorporating her diverse music tastes including a range of different instrumentation. ‘First Man’ was written about a personal life experience, so it comes directly from the heart and has a moody, atmospheric vibe but is also uplifting. Her second single ‘Erased’ has a mixture of influences including Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Ian Brown mixed with the likes of London Grammar and Bastille. Written at a happy point of her life, Morgan wanted to let other people know that their struggles won’t last forever and there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. Her most recent song 'Heartless' is a much more stripped back song, showing Morgans voice completely raw accompanied by a live band. This song took only a few takes to get to this position and the feel is immaculate.
