Flora Lin

Eternal introspector, lost in an alternative realm. Flora Lin is a singer-songwriter who loves to collaborate with other musicians and meet their musical worlds. Her genres of predilection are alternative rock and dream pop. Her latest EP, in collaboration with Recreational Noise, is the tale of 'Fauna': From the moment she was born, Fauna’s world was crackled with the sounds of conflict and heated voices. She found solace in the whispering winds and the gentle rustle of leaves, but soon enough she realized she could not easily find her place. Yearning for affection, she often sensed that others found her strange. In her quest for acceptance, she begins to change her personality, attempting to sidestep conflict and fit in. But how will she protect her loved ones, and who will protect her? Flora and Recreational Noise draw influences from Shoegaze and Post-Rock influences such as Spangle Call Lilli Line, Gestalt Girl, Foxing, Caspian, Moving Mountains. "`Fauna' is a combination of elaborate storytelling and immersive soundscape, giving you the best of both worlds." - APSI Magazine Flora is a member of OK Feather, lofi poppy r&b for lovers and pigeon lovers, and Cosmoose, experimental pop with chibi space adventurers.
