Fake Lines

Fake Lines is a politically driven, non-profit record label established during the ongoing genocide of Palestinians in Gaza. Created as an act of cultural resistance, the label confronts the colonial legacies that carved fake lines across the Levant, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria, splitting communities that share history, culture, and identity. Through music, Fake Lines seeks to reconnect these fractured ties and channel solidarity into direct support for grassroots organizations working on the ground in Palestine. It's debut release, Fake Lines: Sono Levant, unites 36 artists from across the Levant and its diaspora, alongside global collaborators, spanning experimental, rock, hip-hop, ambient, electronica, and more. More than just a label, Fake Lines is a bold act of non-compliance, prioritizing fundraising, artistic solidarity, and the amplification of shared identity in a region conquered, divided & stripped of any real sovereignty.
