Tuby Rubber

Tobia Gomiero, also known as Tuby Rubber, was born in 1982 and quickly became an Italian DJ and producer with an innate passion for sound. From the very beginning, he has explored a wide range of musical genres in his DJ sets, starting in the 1990s with Hip Hop and later embracing the world of electronic music, with a particular focus on House music. Active as a DJ since 1999, Tuby Rubber has performed at the Official Venice Carnival in Piazza San Marco, the Venice Boat Show at the Arsenale, the Venice Film Festival at the Lido, and the Hard Rock Cafe in Venice. His music has also taken him abroad, with performances at the Moon Beach Club in Benidorm, Spain, and during the ADE event in Amsterdam. His career as a music producer began with the use of groove-boxes and drum machines, tools that he has successfully integrated over time with modern technologies, creating sounds and melodies through software and VSTs. His achievements include two first-place rankings on Traxsource in the Electro House and Minimal Deep Tech categories. In 2024, together with Gabriele Congedo, he co-founded two record labels: Misty Cuts Records, specializing in Deep House, and Nasty Cats Records, focused on Deep/Minimal Tech.
