SublimeCloud

Alongside the eloquent emcee SkyBlew and the elegant DJ Reimei, is the eclectic sounds of 2StepsAboveTheStars in-house producer, SublimeCloud. The (California-Born) North Carolina based beatsmith provides mysteriously eccentric melodies and rhythms bordering insanity where many producers fear to tread. Having a background in concert band and music composition studies provides this composer the perfect foundation for pushing the envelope. SublimeCloud wistfully weaves wholesome stories and fables in between what many call grandiose compositions. The dynamic duo known as The Destined, is comprised of SublimeCloud who provides the canvas for emcee and dreamer, SkyBlew, who then creates uplifting paintings with his colorful lyricism. The duo also has had the privilege of working with Funimation. SublimeCloud has an engrossing collection of chill hip hop beats that are inspired by the very anime and video games he grew up with. Adding his own galactic synthesizers and distinctively obscure drum hits, he is able to provide an unparalleled futuristic sound. From the soaring vocal samples, deep bass lines, colorful melodic riffs, to the traditional and oriental sounds of lands in the distance and uncharted deep space; SublimeCloud stays true to the most important quality of music, Discovery!
